Hiring Options

Employees can be hired on a Temp to Hire or Direct Hire basis. MyStaf also offers Payrolling Services for companies that find their own candidates but prefer the flexibility of a trial period before adding them to their payroll.


MyStaf screens all potential applicants before placing them on a job assignment. This process includes in-depth interviews, skills assessments, drug screening, criminal background checks, E-Verify and reference checks. Screening requirements can be adjusted to meet the needs of the client.

Testing & Training

MyStaf offers testing and training in many common software programs and general aptitudes.


Each MyStaf employee receives a thorough orientation before starting a position with a client company. These orientations can be customized to fit the client’s needs and may cover such topics as dress code, work hours, lunch and break periods, payroll processes, parking, general conduct, safety information and injury procedures.

Quality Control

MyStaf strives to meet or exceed the expectations of both its clients and employees. In order to achieve this goal, MyStaf has implemented programs which work together to evaluate and improve upon our quality placement process.


MyStaf employees are eligible for certain benefits after a specified number of hours worked. These benefits include vacation bonus pay and referral bonuses. MyStaf also offers an ACA compliant health care plan.
