Special Events Administrative Assistant

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, $12.75/hr

This Assistant Position reports 90% of their time to the Special Events Coordinator but also shares approximately 10% of their time in helping to assist the Adult Education Pastor with adult events.

Job Experience Needed:
Working and communicating with people of all ages.
Efficiency in all aspects of organization.
Ease in multi-tasking and balancing numerous projects and responsibilities.
Proficient use of all or most Microsoft Office programs.
Basic or simple accounting knowledge, ability to handle and balance money, quick to learn sales programs for computer registers or sales transaction devices.
Ability to provide instruction and convey information to people in a learning environment.
