Office Manager

Pay: Depending on Experience

Responsibilities
• Provide effective leadership, supervision, and direction to employees of the department.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of staff in a proactive manner.
• Identify and implement opportunities to build employee morale and individual motivation.
• Analyze and staff appropriate office staff to meet physician needs and patient efficiency.
• Answer questions, provide training and guidance, and research items as appropriate
• Strong organizational skills, detail oriented, and be a self-starter
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Intermediate computer skills
• Interview and hire the most appropriate and qualified staff possible
• Supervise and evaluate staff performance, monitor attendance and complete payroll.
• Hold staff accountable to objective performance standards
• Must have supervisory experience or coordination experience in a health care setting

Minimum Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prefer college degree, but will consider experience in lieu of degree.
• Intermediate computer skills
• Must have a minimum of three (3) years supervisory or coordination experience in a health care setting.
• Must have excellent customer service skills, strong organizational skills, detail orientation, and be a self-starter.
• Must be able to manage multiple priorities.
• Must have high degree of flexibility and be able to work in a constantly changing environment
• Must have EHR experience
