Office Manager for Cardiology Department

Pay: Salary commensurate with experience.

Working Hours: M-F 8am-5pm and some late evenings are possible.

Responsibilities: Register patients, Collect & post payments daily, Audit tickets, and Work closely with patients on a professional level.


– Provide effective leadership, supervision, and direction to employees of the department.
– Oversee day-to-day operations of staff in a proactive manner.
– Identify and implement opportunities to build employee morale and individual motivation.
– Analyze and staff appropriate office staff to meet physician needs and patient efficiency.
– Answer questions, provide training and guidance, and research items as appropriate
– Strong organizational skills, detail oriented, and be a self-starter
– Exceptional customer service skills
– Intermediate computer skills
– Interview and hire the most appropriate and qualified staff possible
– Supervise and evaluate staff performance, monitor attendance and complete payroll.
– Hold staff accountable to objective performance standards
– Must have supervisory experience or coordination experience in a health care setting 

Minimum Qualifications:
– High school diploma or GED required.
– Prefer college degree, but will consider experience in lieu of degree.
– Intermediate computer skills
– Must have a minimum of three (3) years supervisory or coordination experience in a health care setting.
– Must have excellent customer service skills, strong organizational skills, detail orientation, and be a self-starter.
– Must be able to manage multiple priorities.
– Must have high degree of flexibility and be able to work in a constantly changing environment
– Must have EHR experience
