Experienced IT Support Technician

Pay:15/hr+ depending on experience
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Job Description
This position is responsible for trouble-shooting and supporting software and hardware issues on local and wide area networks. This position is also responsible for installation and maintenance of personal computers and other workstation hardware and software bank-wide. This position responds to branch and department requests for assistance in accordance with established response time guidelines to assure a 95% up time performance of equipment and systems designated as critical.
